Who we are
Jo Greenoak and Vic Atkins are long-time collaborators with a shared belief that creative studios thrive when their business foundations are as strong as their ideas.
Jo brings over 25 years of experience in studio management, operations and HR, having supported some of London's leading architectural and design studios. Her deep understanding of how creative businesses function day-to-day ensures that teams, systems and structures run smoothly.
Vic has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, business development and digital strategy, working with architectural and design studios in both London and New York. She brings a creative and strategic approach to helping studios grow and communicate with clarity.
Jo and Vic combine complementary expertise, blending operational rigour with creative insight. They understand the pressures architecture and design studios face, and how the right balance of structure, support, and strategy can unlock potential and make space for great design.
